David founded ChicagoHome Brokerage Network in 1997 and has led it ever since, today from the @properties East Lincoln Park office on Webster Avenue.
David Baran founded ChicagoHome Brokerage Network in 1997, and he has led the team as its managing broker for nearly three decades. Since 2014 the team has been part of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Chicago’s largest residential brokerage.
His team has been named to Chicago Magazine’s Top 100 Real Estate Teams in Chicago in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
David works with buyers and sellers across Lincoln Park and the North Side, and north to Evanston, Wilmette and Winnetka, from first conversation to closing.
